Founded in 2021 by Arnaecia Alridge, A Jam is dedicated to fortifying the integrity of the music industry by establishing a record home for artists, firmly grounded in ethical practices..

 

We are at the forefront of enhancing the artist-to-label experience. Artists seek holistic support, financial transparency, and creative flexibility. In essence, they yearn for an artist-focused, trusted, and rewarding home.

At A Jam, we envision a future that doesn't solely prioritize independence but rather perfects the synergy between record labels and artists, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

While our commitment extends to artists of all backgrounds and genres, we are uniquely designed to amplify and celebrate the rich intercultural stories of Black music artistry. The Global Music Industry is intercultural, bridging the gap between tradition and innovation.

OUR FOUNDER

Passionate about Equity in the Global Music Industry

Arnaecia Alridge, Founder/CEO

A seasoned music executive and former publicist for GRAMMY Award-winning artists. With a wealth of experience across diverse music genres, she has made significant contributions to the careers of renowned figures such as gospel artist Yolanda Adams and rappers Paul Wall and P. Diddy, among others.

Recognized as an elected music leader, Arnaecia holds key roles on the Recording Academy/GRAMMYs Texas Chapter board, serving as Governor, Chair of the Chapter's Education Committee, and actively participating in the nominating, advocacy, and national Rap/R&B membership committees.

Beyond her industry roles, Arnaecia is a passionate music rights advocate and studied at Berklee College of Music.
